This remix collection breathes new energy into the original compositions, reimagining BUNKR’s signature “saccharine synth-infused electronica” through varied sonic lenses.
The opener, “Oriam Speedway (Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan Guzzoline Mix),” pulses with a hypnotic momentum, its looping drive seemingly infinite. “I Feel Eye See (Faex Optim Remix)” glides through ambient techno terrain, echoing Plaid-like melodies, crystalline and buoyant amid drifting percussive layers. Momentum builds as “Aquatakt (Alphabox Remix)” surges forward with clustered techno rhythms, while the standout “Oriam Speedway (Mattr Remix)” spins a whirlwind of glitch-laden bass’n bleeps through immersive atmospheres reminiscent of classic Herrmann & Kleine productions from the early aughts. “I Feel Eye See (Polyop Remix)” fractures into a kaleidoscope of deconstructed drum’n bass funk, acid-washed textures, and skittering breaks—both dense and celestial with serene vocal treatments.
