Predominantly locked in expressive braindance acrobatics, Adepta Editions spawns Sun Series SS-01 on a limited edition 12″ white vinyl. With 7053M4R14’s “4 N3W HUM4N” busting through explosive breaks and bass, Skygaze cools things down in the brightly polished glitch’n bass flow of “Meta Tones,” while acid-drenched downtempo grooves permeate on Rec_Overflow’s “Pocket Dial”—subtly wiggling into place. Sun Series AE/SS-01—embarking on a mythical journey through the Spanish underground electronic music scene—is clearly a delightful mélange of raw energetic electronics. Have a listen to pauk’s blurry melodic pulse on  “幸せな復讐 : Shiawasena fukushū,” Perdi Rominger’s fuzzy pop rhythms on “Empty Spot,” and the closing emotive IDM entanglement of Promising/Youngster’s “Arbey” to get a full sense of Sun Series‘ signature sound.
