n5MD in conjunction with Igloo Magazine present the port-royal—Where Are You Now Remix Contest!
How do I enter?
Simply join the Igloo Magazine / port-royal remix contest group, then download the stems here or here. After you’ve created your remix and have uploaded it to your Soundcloud, share it to the group.
What do I win?
There will be two winners chosen. As a grand prize each will get their remix on the remix companion CD release along side bvdub, John Tejada, The Sight Below, Arovane + many more. The two winners will not only be included on the release but will receive 5 copies of the CD + an autographed copy of the limited edition cyan double LP of Where Are You Now.
Why can’t I see my remix right away?
The group will be moderated. Remixes will be added upon review.
What are the rules?
By downloading the stems (i.e. remix kit) you agree that the original files and your remix will become property of port-royal and n5MD. That you are in no way shape or form permitted to use the stems in whole or in part in your own music. Sharing, selling and/or posting the remixes or stems to any other place than Soundcloud in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. If you have used (musical) content or parts of (musical) content that is subject to copyright of third parties, which rights have not been legally obtained your remix will be removed and you will be disqualified.
Who is eligible?
Everyone. However, artists and employees of the n5MD record label and artists under exclusive contract with a third party record label are not eligible.
What is the deadline?
Entries need to be submitted by Oct 23rd to be eligible.
When will the winners be chosen?
Winners will be chosen by port-royal and will be announced on Oct 26th 2015.
