Massive bass and smudged beats galore, Coma Tek dismantles acid-core electronics and fissured grooves on the opening “DEFIANCE” as “INDIVIDUALITY <NOT FOUND>” shatters low-end rumbling beauty with hardened breaks and surreal melodic soundtracks—its growling rhythm slithering across industrial landscapes. The bleep infested drill’n acid bass of “INFORMANT <ACCESS GRANTED>” takes off with sliced samples and closes with high-speed techno while the closing (title) track gravitates just above the soil with slow-motion electronics, broken drum work, and illbient-laden glitch as it builds up only to eventually break down. An unrelenting and baffling sonic forray.
