Opening minutes of “Kesksuvi” present downtempo technoid minutiae, carefully unfurling tiny bits and bobbles, while “Niiskus” shifts into microscopic ambient detail, each clip and crunch surrounded by natural sounds heard through a shifting kaleidoscope.
