A historically momentous debut release from Berlin-based Irish/Greek producer and sonic arc welder Exan (aka Alex Leonard) titled Centic Primer on Los Angeles-area Errorgrid. Massive elements wrest sublimely together here within fascinatingly designed superstructures of granular realms in auto stance tests via the nucleotide contig abstractions instated by density-based neural priming. Each of the transfused polyrhythmic anomalies, first heard being “Rostand,” into the mint attributions of “driftswap,” then into the magnanimous “autreel Nyas,” an acronym of Nysa (Greek for “goal” or “ambition”), resulting finally into a Labradford reminiscent cascade and beautiful style within the dimension of “clavconv.” Seemingly, all emissions are straight from a quasi natural electrical space, directly from “Feeds Down” transmission of prismatic keys, to landscapes of the Ley Lines.
