Constant Current unveils this five-track extended player with fast-moving acoustic acrobatics mixed with ambient streams of subconsciousness and timid melodies immersed in electrically charged layers. Emotional and meandering, the EP is laid-back and sporadic, alternating between slow-motion glitch beats and broken beat patterns without ever overstaying its visit.

“Sonnengeküßt,” and the opening title track, transport us back to past ambient/IDM periods (think of Toytronic — Abfahrt Hinwil, Gimmik, Miles Tilmann), where synth swells and poignant atmospheric dynamics float effortlessly, as “Incremental” also offers the aforementioned soundscapes with a sort of early 2000’s edIT and Telefon Tel Aviv feel. The original “Revival” (with Vit van Hoov) is an overflow of semi-shoegaze (perhaps even post-rock) spheres as the closing NDNL remake gives us just enough technoid shivers to keep us hooked.
