Bass Agenda Vol 1: The Fight Against the Mundane is a special release featuring the vast majority of the artists that took part in Bass Agenda during its first year.
Bass Agenda Recordings is a new independent record label and extension to the radio show Bass Agenda that broadcasts on UK based Future Music and Paris based Cue Radio.
Starting in February 2012 as a Soundcloud only Podcast, each Bass Agenda show focuses on an electronic music artist and asks them to choose tracks that are important to them and have played a part in their musical career and development:
(1) Tracks that inspired them to start making music;
(2) Tracks that have blown them away recently;
(3) Tracks that they have made that they are proud of.
The format has developed in 2013 to include interviews with artists, expanding more on their weapons of choice in the studio, views of electro sales, genres and more.
Bass Agenda Vol 1: The Fight Against the Mundane is a special release featuring the vast majority of the artists that took part in Bass Agenda during its first year. It is being self-financed by Andy (aka 4th Genome), the show’s creator and host and features long established artists such as Scape One (aka Kurt Baggaley), Dirk Da Davo (Neon Electronics and The Neon Judgement), and new talent such as China’s Noise&Noise and Russia’s Vadim SVD.
