Yet another very comprehensive summa

Out now on Bulgaria’s Mahorka label, Tim Koch and Adrien75 come up for air from just below an alkaline surface in yet another very comprehensive summa displaying their creative, collaborative endeavors with their project Dolphins of Venice. Mutuals instantly opens with an impactfully scorching, careen “Badly-Drawn And Quartered,” touching on yet unleashing newly articulated sonic foundations of the classic tropically percussive bass and drum dynamics of early (ref. Mice Parade’s “The Boat Room.”) Secondarily, an epic peached mash of molten explosively reverberated, scissored low-ended “Frinkprost” is comprised of original bass frequency arrangements (ref. 1982-1984 “The Chills” by Pink Frost.) Funicular, our naval combat swimmers, engineer clatteringly disjointed, echoing time-coded pulsations glittered throughout “Kraut.” Finally, we visit the molecular horizons roasts on Mars cuttingly clipped in a dark fashionista beyond the dolphins’ “Dark Ivor.”

Mutuals is available on Mahorka. [Bandcamp]
