I can assure you there is no greater telling of a chapter of electronic history, set in a modern context, than this collection. A brand-new decade in retro colours, still vibrating with the naïve possibility that perhaps this time the future really would be different. Whether it was the intention to set out to communicate these themes, Acid Punx 3 did that to me. For me. Great job.

IKKo :: Cheerleader EP (Roulette Rekordz)
Nicolas Ladoux returns as IKKo with Cheerleader, a five-track release that continues his exploration of neo-industrial electronics through a distinctly European lens.
Darkswoon :: Antivenom (Viasonde)
Antivenom establishes a sonic language rooted in contrast. Hardware-driven electronics pulse with a cool, mechanical clarity, while layers of guitar drift and dissolve into gauzy, immersive clouds.
Clock DVA :: Thirst (2026 Remaster) (The Grey Area of Mute)
Thirst captures the group at a critical threshold: post-punk bite tightening into colder industrial form. Rhythm grows more mechanical, structure more deliberate, while Newton’s voice holds the centre — signaling the darker, more system-driven path the band would soon pursue. Halcyon days revisited. Forward facing future retro. Delicious.
Clock DVA :: White Souls In Black Suits (Remaster / Reissue) (The Grey Area of Mute)
Clock DVA’s White Souls in Black Suits returns not just as a remaster, but as a vital rediscovery—an album that helped define the early intersections of industrial, post-punk, and proto-EBM. Issued by The Grey Area of Mute with expanded material and a proper remaster for the first time, it reasserts the record’s place as both historical artifact and enduring sonic statement.
Giulio Erasmus :: Low-tech electronic music
Son of Alan Erasmus—Factory Records co-founder—Giulio carries forward a legacy of boundary-pushing sound, drawing deep inspiration from the raw energy of early ’80s UK counterculture and the immersive spirit of sound-system culture, blending both in a uniquely modern way.
