Definitely a planned voyage submerged in hundreds of warped electrical sound fields and swirling auditory debris, this is a mechanical and alien bombardment of the senses.

Warped electrical sound fields and swirling auditory debris

One of our favorite glitch’n clicks artists destroys soundscapes and subtle sonic structures on Hate Devours Its Host, bending and twisting its way through the upper atmosphere. A range of processed noises and low-fidelity beats shuffle and churn over eight moments of time, seemingly conveying a message of ease and comfort. Time does not matter in these extremely short snapshots as they are meticulously constructed and coated in a range of crumpled granular rhythms. Definitely a planned voyage submerged in hundreds of warped electrical sound fields and swirling auditory debris, this is a mechanical and alien bombardment of the senses. Another incredibly abstract and emotionally charged release—masterfully crafted by an extremely talented sound sculptor—that seems completely alive and keeps getting better track by track.

Hate Devours Its Host is available on Amek Collective. [Bandcamp]
