A sleek split 12″ release on the freshly minted Beyond Jupiter label offers an invigorating traverse steeped in hopeful energy, melodic textures, and finely crafted techno from two multi-talented producers. The 89th Passenger initiates the ride with “Talking In My Sleep,” a stirring 4×4 pulse layered with sweeping synths that rise to emotional heights. This is followed by “Waiting To See You Again,” which pulls back the tempo, drifting into a denser, thudding soundscape tinged with acid and braindance echoes, slowly dissolving into silence. Uf0 maintains the EP’s buoyant momentum with “Beyond My Heart,” weaving melodic strands into an emotive fabric, while the final track titled “Unconditional” ventures deeper into memory, driven by crisp percussion and acidic surges, guiding listeners through a reflective and soulful sonic landscape.
