Postcards from Nowhere gives broad space to the most melodic, luminous, and accessible side of his music, mainly built on intertwined, echoing piano touches and downtempo, pulsating braindance rhythms.

Form@ Records is a Japanese-based label with a strong inclination toward dub techno, IDM, and ambient house drawn from the vibrant international scene. They have released a handful of records by notable acts from the aforementioned subgenres, including Morgen Wurde and Virgo. Fallen (alias Lorenzo Bracaloni) is a sound art and advanced electronic music project with a vast back catalog that oscillates between impressionistic flowing ambient, experimental pop, and synthetic techno-like excursions. Most of his work is available on his Bandcamp pages or through various netlabels such as Lontano Series and Shimmering Moods Records.

Postcards from Nowhere gives broad space to the most melodic, luminous, and accessible side of his music, mainly built on intertwined, echoing piano touches and downtempo, pulsating braindance rhythms. The result is transportive, delicate, cozy, and melodically seductive, combining soothing gentleness with precise, hypnotic beats. It is recommended for those interested in minimal, concise, yet daydreaming and groovy electronic artefacts by Robin Rimbaud, Woob, Virgo, Seefeel, The Orb, and Francesco Sonur. The almost minimal-pop accents that sometimes envelop the listener show affinities with the electronic softness of Edgar Froese on Stuntman, Andrew Forrest in his spacious sonic stillness, or Carbon Based Lifeforms’ chilling, journeying melodicism. Regular listeners of lush textural sounds from Móatún 7 or Intellitronic Bubble will likely be thrilled by this release.
