An EP consisting of four tracks punctuated by Celine Arnauld’s roughened blips and bleeps, piercing clinical electronics and fragmented technoid forms, begins with “Ltfroms Tcifa.” Despite being sophisticated and emotive (see “Rcpti Secorud”), the airy textures and tones nonetheless seem ethereal and unearthly. The subterranean pulse of “Lgrtih Algoim” continues to maintain tethered electro-glitch outlines, while the closing “Gprorm Tdaf” features undulating industrial-bleep distortion. Crunchy rhythmic turbulence and unpredictable electronics make up this exhausting Borg-like set.
