It’s pretty usual for pop artists to band together in order to contribute to a cause; enter Touched Two, the ninth album in a series that gathers electronic musicians (from Autechre to the Ceephax Acid Crew) in order to raise money for cancer support. Touched Two will be released next week and it will contain unreleased material from the likes of Bibio, Red Snapper, Richard Devine, Team Doyobi, The Future Sound of London and many more. Needless to say, the usual suspects provide solid tracks. Bibio, for instance, shares a sonic throwback to his Ambivalence Avenue days while Autechre’s “Spl47” is a massive, ear-splitting track from the English duo. Be sure to check them out, among many incredible contributions, once it comes out November 28th.
