Tokyo’s flau brings us brand new label goodness in the form of raum—an imprint specializing in limited edition 12″s and they’ve certainly pulled out the stops for the debut release.
In typical style, flau cast their net worldwide —taking in talent from the US, UK and Germany—and introduce us to Stefan Jós a new project from Devon Hansen (aka Lotide and D.Hansen). Channeling deep and dubby minimal techno, cut by Lupo and mastered by Demdike Stare’s Miles Whittaker, the Things You Left Behind conjures a perfectly weighted and clinical sound straddling both dance floor and home listening territory.
