The braindance and IDM community is further flourishing in waves coming from many directions, one in particular to keep yours eyes on is Madrid based label Artificial Intelligence. Like that of the infamous Warp compilation series, this Spanish label has brought together the new line of producers to pay homage, self-described as “A deep and sincere tribute to the Braindance IDM sound, through 14 tracks we wanted to express our love and respect for the pioneers of this genre.”
The usual suspects along with some new faces include: Curios, Crisopa, Rec_Overflow, Mause, Caramel Chameleon, Jauzas The Shining, Uf0, Promising/Youngster, AZ-Rotator, Garçon Taupe, Visonia, Vortex Count, 27 003, and Acoustic Trauma. We’ll let you decide for yourself, but I reckon this will be one to talk about for some time to come.
