The Collapse EP will drop on September 14, 2018 on Warp Records with five new tracks of Richard D. James’ own peculiar blend of acid, techno, jungle and breakbeat.
A great disturbance was felt in the IDMosphere recently as if millions of souls cried out at once. It was preceded by strange signs and symbols in the UK, Europe, United States, and Asia appearing on buildings, billboards and subways. That’s right: there’s a new Aphex Twin release out!
The Collapse EP will drop on September 14, 2018 on Warp Records with five new tracks of Richard D. James’ own peculiar blend of acid, techno, jungle and breakbeat. While the Special Edition Vinyl and regular vinyl are—of course—already sold out, Aphex heads can still pick it up on CD, Cassette and Digital formats.
The announcement comes with an (as expected) completely bonkers video for “T69 Collapse” (with a strobe warning to epilepsy or migraine sufferers) by Weirdcore.
Collapse is available on Warp.
