Mutual dissemination and sharing for the love of art

Francesca Bonci is an Italy-based Video-maker, VJ and New Media Visual Artist who works with independent music projects for which she designs live performances. For years she has been creating for projects all over the world, preferring independent outfits with which she creates long-lasting and deep relationships and gives great importance to mutual dissemination and sharing for the love of art. While not locked into a specific genre, she has a fairly recognizable and emotional style that always receives positive responses from the audience.

Bonci is recently collaborating with Peter Holmstrom (of Dandy Warhols) on his eclectic side project Pete International Airport. In addition to the artwork for the recent vinyl records, a video has just been released for the remix of the song “Watermark” by Jagz Kooner—producer who worked with Primal Scream, Garbage, Massive Attack—therefore with a sound that’s more electronic than the rest of the more psychedelic, noise, and shoegaze projects.

Bonci is also resident visual artist for electronic labels Specimen Records (UK) and sound-space (UK), as well as one of two visual artists on MINDFRAME for Deep Space Radio—a monthly showcase by Francois Dillinger (Specimen) featuring immersive visuals with diz_qo. As well, she has also collaborated for years with One-Legged Heart based in California.
