Shlømo :: Avadon EP (Wolfskuil)

Shlømo’s (not to be confused with Shlohmo) Avadon is one ambitious EP comprised of two tracks and one remix. “Avadon (Part 1)” is a remarkable 6 minute piece that, ironically, leads to the 7-minute “Avadon (Part 2)” which manages to outdo the first part by bringing the icy atmosphere to the forefront finding similarities with Sublime-era The Field. The Antigone remix manages to capture the expert ambience of Part 2, but Shlomo’s original cannot quite be matched.
