An almost overwhelming tour-de-force
Three tracks of killer classic hard techno from Michael Wells of Greater Than One fame. I had to double check the date on this because my ears told me it was coming from the 1990s. Slick production, great sound, razor sharp beats, and an artist that has every element of the style down to a tee. These are dense tracks, filled with sounds and ideas, never straying from the unrelenting rhythm but constantly mutating—as though the artist had too many ideas to fit into three songs, making for an almost overwhelming tour-de-force. Would definitely recommend if you’re itching for your fix of fast-paced bangers.
