A luminous ode to a bygone era
Indeed, 4T Thieves created a time machine transporting us to a tranquil universe filled with downtempo strands and drifting ambient light sources. The Time Machine, which revealed itself in April of this year, is a surreal blend of sonic hues reminiscent of the Boards of Canada, floating along the edges of ethereal time capsules and atmospheric textures and tones for as far as the eye can see. Reflective electronica emanating from a cozy space of reflection and seclusion, each track serves as a luminous ode to a bygone era. Managing to develop emotional electronics and releasing it with an abundance of calming ambient threads, this EP serves as a medium for us mere humans to disseminate and unfold listen after listen.
