Pavillon36 successfully connects a complex electrical circuit via fine-tuned forms of glitch, post-industrial, minimalism and raw electronics.
Like trying to grab a cluster of stars in a universe filled with millions upon millions—Circuits Imprimés Vol. 03 is a veritable mixture of stray electronics featuring the purveyors of forward-thinking experimental audio scientists. Each musician displays their own unique palette of tools used to convey a passion for the engagingly abstract. Looking at the breadth of sonic sculptors on hand—including Roel Funcken, Tapage, Tim Koch, Yvat, Pleq, Valance Drakes, Architect and many others—one might think that several labels conjoined their efforts to form such a wide-spanning assortment of music. Hymen, M-Tronic, Tympanik Audio, Ad Noiseam and Psychonavigation (to name a few) tether their connective machines allowing the 5th year of Pavillon36 to successfully connect a complex electrical circuit via fine-tuned forms of glitch, post-industrial, minimalism and raw electronics. Providing a perfectly executed collection of music that defies categorization, the netlabel presents a multifaceted cosmos of data bursts that continues to expand into the far reaches of exploratory mechanical beauty. And with so much more to say, words fall short of explaining the intricate details of this audible phenomenon. Kudos to Pavillon36.
