Fine actor in the latest development of DIY ethics / aesthetics in the world of musical edition, Shimmering Moods delivers two new albums of thoughtful beauty, craft based, minimal and organically ambient orientated.

Adzuki :: Undeveloped Land

Adzuki is a sound art and slow motion ambient project with hints of post-classical vibes and whose musical signature suggests an emotional quiet estate, inner tranquillity and a rare feeling of profound stillness. It essentially plays with and manipulate aerial drones, piano loops and repetitive patterns, beautifully composed, intimate, layered with a bitter-sweet mood. Fans of The Broken Consorts, Jasper TX, Matteo Uggeri, Stars Of The lid, Eluvium and all modern classical impressionistic soundscapes with a fragile, sincere and subtle narrative sense.

Niskogradba :: Lies, Deception and Sin

Niskogradba is one weird-electronic infused project playing the mnemonic induction and broken loops. If you remember well music from the haunted ballroom by The Caretaker or the most recent effort by Hecq, Chanson de geste and which is a masterpiece in the genre. The micro textures embrace intoxicating, droney and shadowy soundscapes to explore the liminal experience of the psyche. Ghostly resonances, elegant and cool atmospheric jazzy touches come into the mix. A funereal-jazzy electronic orchestration coming from the attic and disintegrated memories. All tracks are heavily processed and suggests the listener to be immersed in dark, decaying sonic textures.
